and Guwahati Center after the Attestation from the State Level Attestation
department like Regional Attestation Center / RAC, General Administrative
Department / GAD, Home Department, Secretariat, Commissioner, High
Commissioner, SDM etc. as per the authority given by the MEA to different
States.
There is an alternate process to get a Birth Certificate Apostille by MEA forAlbaniain India. In this process the Birth Certificate will attest from
Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Delhi instated of the Attestation from
Regional Attestation Center / RAC, General Administrative Department / GAD,
Home Department etc. and the Attestation from Notary public.
